There's a consistent theme with Yurbi®--it's designed for business users and easy to use. Our dashboards don't disappoint. We weren't satisfied with the current dashboard solutions in the industry that require technical expertise to build or the ones that report off old stale data and not real-time. In Yurbi, the dashboards are located on the Home tab because just like an Internet browser, when you open it, you want to see your most relevant information right away. Every Yurbi user can create their own set of dashboards or access dashboards shared by their teammates. The creation process is drag and drop, wizard driven, and most importantly secure.
Yurbi allows a user to include more than just real-time reports and charts in the dashboard. Users are provided a wizard to include other sources of information such as websites, streaming media, images, twitter feeds, WYSIWYG editors, and even direct database queries (for the techies out there).
With the mashboard features described above, Yurbi allows you to build dashboard presentations. As a 100% web-based solution, instead of printing a bunch of reports and charts for meetings, put Yurbi on the big screen and we include a lot of features such as widget zoom, which allows you to zoom into a particular dashboard element just like it was a presentation slide. Our dashboards provide an unlimited canvas for widgets and with the zoom feature you can load a lot of information on a single dashboard and click to view it as needed. Each time you load a dashboard it's real-time information (you can even set it to auto-refresh).
Have a cool dashboard? You can save it in the Yurbi Library and grant access to others on your team. You have the option to share as a linked dashboard or as a copy of your dashboard. Linked dashboards are great for team leads because anytime you update your view all your team members will see the updates. In addition to saving in the library, dashboards can also be embedded into other websites and applications such as Microsoft® SharePoint. Instead of requiring users to login into Yurbi to see data, put the information in the location they expect it, such as a portal or intranet.
Hopefully by now you've noticed that Yurbi is not your run of the mill BI tool, wait until you see the next section, Data Virtualization.
