Yurbi® allows users to "slice and dice" data so they can quickly get to the information required and spot trends that may be unrecognized. Yurbi report results display in a grid that has a similar user experience to a familiar business tool, Microsoft® Excel. Users are able to quickly sort, filter, group, re-arrange columns, and more to analyze data and quickly get the answers they are looking for. For graphical data, Yurbi provides a Chart Wizard that allows users to create visualizations of data for additional analysis and trend awareness.
Sometimes just seeing all the relevant information in a single place is the key for analysis and making decisions. Leveraging features like Yurbi Linked Reports, users are able to combine data and metrics from multiple sources real-time to view the current state. Yurbi dashboards makes it easy to combine multiple reports along with website feeds, video feeds, and social media feeds to have a powerful situational analysis view. With Yurbi this can be built in minutes or hours, not weeks or months and changed and updated in a matter of seconds.
The concept of drill-down capabilities in BI tools are common these days, Yurbi takes it one step further with Drill Anywhere capabilities. Any element of data in a Yurbi report can be configured to have a smart link to integrate the report data with other web pages or Yurbi reports. With Drill Anywhere reports can be configured to send customer addresses to Google Maps® as an example or to link data fields into other application web interfaces. A ticket number can launch the actual support ticket located in the help desk system or a phone number can trigger a search against a directory application. By connecting multiple data sources with just a click, users have the ability to analyze data and make quick decisions.
Yurbi provides tremendous speed when querying large amounts of data over the web. Once the Yurbi server handles all the technical jargon of retrieving data from your data sources, the information is streamed to the web browser on your desktop and stored in-memory. That means you when you do analysis within Yurbi it's extremely fast because it's not making lots of queries back to the Yurbi server. In fact, this makes the server and database more efficient and is one of the reasons that Yurbi is so effective when handling environments with large workloads.
